AFEST
AFEST or On The Job Training Action consists in running an educational scenario in the workplace. AFEST alternates work sequences (situational exercises), during which the learner has to carry out the tasks to be performed, with so-called "reflective" sequences enabling the learner to analyse his or her activity with the help of a trainer or tutor.
Our face-to-face formats are accompanied by a facilitation guide to help your facilitators improve their skills. We also offer tailor-made support (training of trainers, pilot sessions, etc.) to ensure the quality of your training sessions.
